If you have a passion for working with individuals with intellectual disabilities (formerly mental retardation) and developmental disabilities, the Family Center of Hope has a great opportunity for you!
We are currently recruiting families in the Tidewater Region to provide homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
All Applicants must have AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE working with individuals with ID and or DD and a high school diploma or GED. For more details, forward resume.

Sponsored Family Coordinator/Supervisor - Newport News, VA.

Provides clinical supervision of family support coordinators.
Involved with planning sponsored family/parent in-service training, placement services(assist with home studies), and supervising services provided to adults who are on the ID/DD waiver.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations polices and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning, and delivery of services.
Candidate must have experience with the ID/DD population. Salary range $32,00-38,000 annually

Some benefit programs require contributions from employees, but most are fully paid by The Family Center of Hope. The benefit package for regular full-time employees represents an additional cost to The Family Center of Hope of approximately 33 percent of wages.
