We are currently recruiting families in the Tidewater Region to provide homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
All Applicants must have AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE working with individuals with ID and or DD and a high school diploma or GED. For more details, forward resume.

Sponsored Family Coordinator/Supervisor - Newport News, VA.

Provides clinical supervision of family support coordinators.
Involved with planning sponsored family/parent in-service training, placement services(assist with home studies), and supervising services provided to adults who are on the ID/DD waiver.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations polices and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning, and delivery of services.
Candidate must have experience with the ID/DD population. Salary range $32,00-38,000 annually

Case Manager - Newport News, VA.

Provides in-home counseling and case management services for moderately to severely emotionally disturbed minor children in therapeutic foster care.
Assist foster parents by providing instructions to parent of mentally, physically disabled, or cognitively changed children in therapy techniques and behavior modification.
Aids foster familiesí problems concerning family relationships or other aspects of their social functioning affecting unity of family and welfare of community.
Prefer case management experience with parental placement adoptions.
Must have case management experience with children and families and a Master's degree in Social work or related field.
